    3. Don't know, but it says....Hannah S. Wynn died April 9, 1897 and in her will gives her part to Sarah and Delany "granted and conveyed inter alia unto the said Sarah S. Wynn in fee five full equal undivided seventh parts or shares in said premises and the said Hannah S. Wynn departed this life on the ninth day of April 1897 having first made and published her last will and testament in writing dated the twentieth day of December 1889 and registered at Philadelphia wherein she devises the residue of her estate including a one seventh interest in said premises unto the said Delany S. Wynn and Sarah S. Wynn for life and on the death of either them to the survivor absolutely and the said Delany S.     3. Hi Becky: This is not the Hannah I am referring to. The Hannah is Hannah Wynn Compton Davis, the niece of Sarah Sharp Wynn. Hannah is the daughter of Ruthanna Wynn who married Cornelius B. Compton. I wonder if this is the correct deed or that Sarah sold him a piece of property, not the piece where the house was. I know my Mother, born in 1916, stayed in Wynnestay with Sarah and Hannah. In the 1920 census, Sarah and Delaney are shown to be living at Wynnestay. So...Becky, I am lost as to what to say. Also the petition to the courts when Hannah dies shows her in possession of the house?????? Great sleuth, what do you think????
