Dear Cuz's, Ok I have been fussing because the version 2009 of FTM didn't do a descendant chart with the choice of a direct line from one person to another... WELL... I found another way to do it!!! ha ha ha..just give me time I will figure out a back door!!! To do a relationship chart from one person to another... Choose the person you wish to start with..example "Me"!! Click on Publish [top bar] Click on "Charts" in the side bar titled "Publication Types" A group of charts will open. Double Click on "Relationship Chart" Choose "Relationship from" [On the right] ... Most cases I choose Thomas Wynne [Dr.] Choose "Relationship to".. choose "Me" Click Generate Report It will title the page "Relationship: Thomas Wynne to "Me" It will put a bar It will tell what relationship "Me" is to Thomas Wynne Then it will put boxes and lines from Thomas Wynne down to "Me", showing birth dates/death dates and places Hugs Cuz Becky [email protected] http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~ttg13/ "'Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass.
