Becky: FTM has a lot of good menus that can give you a look at the trees in different ways, and you can print them out for reading. How do you put those outputs into an EMAIL so that the recipient can save and manipulate them, like revising a WORD document? I tried copying the printouts with my copier, which then allows attachment to EMAIL, but it copies text in picture format which you cannot edit. An example would be that if you had someone's way back family tree, and you wanted to send it to them so that they could make changes or add portions that only they know, for return to you? Dear Cuz Gary, You can use the SHARE button. It is up top right side, but the Add Delete and Print button.. It has a picture of a hand holding an envelope that has a green liner. You can share to: Upload to Ancestry Send Family Group Sheet Send Individual Report Send Photo Album Send Relationship Chart It will open a Report Preview window In the RPWindow is a copy of the family group sheet of the person you had highlighted on the regular page. Then on the right it asks: Send as PDF Send as CSV Send as RTF Send as Image Cancel Help [if needed] Then it opens a Save as Window so you can save to your hard drive. You then open an e-mail and attach it to the email to send it. ALSO in the Share choice You can Export Family Group Sheet " " " Individual Report " " " Photo Album " " " Relationship chart Report Preview window opens.. Have same choices as the Send as.. except it says Export As PDF etc., with an extra choice of sending it as a html page. When you choose how to Export it: It opens a window that you make choices in and it puts it on your hard drive. The only one I understood in quick glance was the RTF and it wants you to save it to the hard drive like the Send as.
