Once you have pasted into word, you will need to click on the image you just pasted.  When you do this, you should see the Picture Toolbar appear.  On this picture toolbar is a box that looks like double X's at an angle.  If you put your mouse over it, the word crop should appear.  Click on it.  Then you can adjust your picture (crop) the same way you would resize a picture, by using the corners and edges of the picture.  Hope this helps. --- On Wed, 6/24/09, Jas Wilm <[email protected]> wrote: From: Jas Wilm <[email protected]> Subject: Re: [WGS] CTRL, Print Screen....     3. I have word 2007 Maybe why it doesnt seem to work ,I can not find a xx , I placed my cuser ove my paste info in word no xx . What to do nexted.
