This is not an acceptable topic and I have asked you not to discuss the tobacco issue. Change the subject to something genealogy based. Becky Thill List Administrator ttg-inc@comcast.net
Dear All, I do not usually write many letters to this group even though I was at one time (and may still be ) a member of the board of this organization. I think certain members of this organization owe Becky Thill an apology for e-mails that were sent AFTER she asked that NO e-mails be sent regarding smoking. This is a genealogy association NOT an opportunity to have a "Bully Pulpit." Most of us are well beyond tha age of consent and we know the risks that may be involved in specific behaviors. Therefore, I am not interested in the following topics being brought up in this organization: Alcoholism Tobacco Usage Unprotected Sex Homosexuality Hetrosexuality HIV Terry Shivo The health of the Pope ETC. I think you get the idea. This IS NOT an organization that any member may use to express their opinions, causes etc; that might offend SOMEONE. I would like to apoligize to Becky on behalf of the organization and express my deep appreciation for all you do for us to keep the Wynne Genealogy Association together. Thanks again Becky, we love you. George Dr. George W.
