    1. Re: [WGS] Peter Griffith Wynn of Tower thing again...
    2. Yep if I read everything correctly that is what I am saying. Source Visitations of Wales signed Peter Griffith 1670 Flintshire. In this book they list the generations by Roman Numerals not the children. V. Thomas Griffith of Llwyn y Glynne buried Caerwis May 26, 1618 married to Katherine daughter of Thomas Evans (died Dec 3, 1605 funeral certificate, Harl. 2041, 33.) of Northup in Com. Flint Esq. had issue VI. Peter Griffith of Llwyn y Glynne Esq., now living 1670. Justice of the Peace and Deputy Lieutenant of the county of Flint. aged 66 years = Elizabeth, daughter of Peter Pennant of Bighton in the county of Flint Esq. and had issue 1. John, eldest son and heire buried withourt issue 2. Thomas Griffith of whom below (VII) 3. Roger, third and 4. David, fourth both dead [Peter Griffith of London] (Sal. 208) 1. Jane, first daughter married to her first husband Alexander Wynne (b. c. 1614 Harl 1972, f.118v) of the Tower, [Mold] in com [Flint] and by him had[....];(2)=Edward Lloyd of Pentre-hobbin in com. Flint, second husband, by whom she had issue; (3)=Thomas Madrin of Madrin in Com. Caernavron, third husband. 2. Elizabeth, second daughter, married to John Jones of Gelly-loveday (Gellilyfdy) in Com. Flint. 3. Grace, third daughter wife of John Hughes of [Picton in (Sal. 208)] Llanasaph. 4. Margaret, fourth daughter [=Thomas Jones of Gellilyfdy (Sal. 208)] 5. Mary, fifth daughter [=Edward Edwards of Bronyfynwent, Mold (Sal. 208)] [two more daughters (Sal. 208)]WE NEED THESE DAUGHTERS for WGS Cuz Connie Reference to Alexander Wynne are noted as from Harl. 1972. f. 118v. Smack my hands I did not copy title page for Visitation of Wales-Visitation of Flintshire 1670. Believe I will go back armed with much coinage and copy many more pages. Mostyn of Calcot is next family and on their arms they note Dafydd ab Itel Fychan (Boars Head) interesting HMMM. I told you if we see any of those symbols they are cousin in some way. This is a direct line from David but I only have the one page right now. Also noted is this on Moystn Piers Moston son of Richard (will 1540) ap Howell ap Jevan of Mostyn married Ellen daughter of Thomas Griffith of Pantyllongdy in Flintshire. ((This appears to me not to be the same Thamas Griffith of Llwyn y Glynne married to Katherine daughter of Thomas Evans of Northop)) I had Breanna my 8 year old grand daughter copy Wynne pages to occupy her time while I look at Gwydir refernces for _Wynne-MD-VA-L@rootsweb.com_ (mailto:Wynne-MD-VA-L@rootsweb.com) . The page was copied for the reference to Alexander Wynne. I guess I will be going back for other pages now that this has dropped in my lap.
