Dear Cuz Millie, and others Ok this is the plan. The third week of June 2006 is the target date. Exactly what day and for how many days may vary, according to a lot of things. Mayor Phillip has left for a long delayed vacation for 12 days so I can't talk to him until he returns to confirm the time frames I need to figure out before we set a exact date. After I speak to him I am going to be contacting a travel group to set up what we can to get a cheap flight cost to Manchester, England. Then it is recommended that we take a train to Caerwys, a 45 min trip. Then we have to talk about housing, as there are only so many places to stay, etc... So I am going to work up some questions and need everyone to answer it honestly. As to cost, .. Mayor Phillip said that it should cost us about what it cost me to stay at the hotel last year at the reunion which was around $1,000.00 But.... I would say that $2000.00 would be more like it. But I could be wrong.... That is what I want to find out... Ok.. I will send the questionnaire in a bit.
