As you know my husband's frailties prevented my attending the Philadelphia Reunion. I have looked at all of the photos attempting to live the event vicariously. I thank one and all for the superb documentation of the event. My husband Hal Lasky's decline accelerated in November. Thanksgiving week he was hospitalized with an ejection fraction of 16% (the left ventricle's EF is normally 55%). Since then Hospice has been involved in his care at home. Yesterday he was admitted to the Mount Joy Hospice facility near Lancaster, PA as he became too weak to stand and I can not lift and turn him. Our son, Brett Wynne, has been my mainstay during this trying time. Hal is being kept comfortable in pleasant and serene surroundings. Another phase of life is nearing completion in this household. It is quite possible my next life phase can include family projects that have been on hold during many years of caregiving. We were in the Newspaper with a full page and a 1/3 page article, the title was in Red 3 inch letters!!! IF you should want a paper copy of the article, I have had them made at Kinko's, the mailing we more than I thought as I have to mail them in a 24 inch tube so the ongoing price will be more. $10.00 mail a check to me with Wynne newspaper in the memo. As to the Wynnestay CD's, One is a PowerPoint show of the history of Ownership of the Wynnestay and all existing pictures inside and out. It is $10.00, The 2nd CD is all the articles, newspapers etc that the past owners kept on the Wynnestay, they are in pdf format, so you can read on your computer or print out. $15.00 Or Both together are $25.00 [Note there was a price error on the WGS reunion page.] Make check out to me with Wynnestay CD's on it.
