James Winn son of Leanna No#1 is in 1850 census James Winn and Rhoda Winn (Siblings) are with their mother Leanna Winn they are in Benjamin Ford's house in Howard Indiana. This Leanna Winn from Howard Indiana married John W Paine and has another child Isaac Paine. In 1860 on census records her son this James Winn is on his own working living with the Worthington family. James Winn son of Leanna No#2: Leanna Winn is seen as a single woman in the 1850 census in Cass Indiana(Other Winn's in Cass County come from Yorkshire England and Germany). The Census says she was born in Ohio 1825. That Leanna Winn married Theodore Ice 1/16/1858 in Henry Indiana. Her son James Winn is with them in 1860. Lou Latchaw is living nextdoor. They then settle in Fulton Indiana. Nimrod was married to Micina Bennett in 1843 Indiana and they have Daniel born 1845. Nimrod is on the 1850 census Jackson Decatur Indiana without either Leanna, Micina or Daniel. Then James Winn #2 married Ella Paine in Vigo Indiana but she is known as Martha Ella Paine and they settle in Delaware Indiana. That James Winn married to Martha Ella is born in Howard Indiana but we are still saying he is James Winn son of Leanna Latchaw???? in Henry Indiana. Cuz Connie aka SHREK

The lenna Ford who married John W Paine also married Warren Winn that when She had James winn and Rhoada , a sisters of her or an aunt. Nimrod Wynn married first Micina Bennett, 1850 Leanna was Single living with dad and mother brothers and sisters . Nimrod Wynn and leanna Latchaw Married in 1851 Documented ,documents were email to you some time ago. Nimrod and Leanna Own property in new port ,indiana ,decatur county . sold the land to a Bennett. Documented. He was with Morgan lewis Payne at a sales in 1840. in Indiana Morgan Lewis Payne is the Grand father of Martha E Payne Winn Documented by Grave site new s clipping Death certicates.  Family members picture s in two families which are cousins documented Who the James Winn and Martha Ella Payne or Paine is in vigo counyty is not documented and his or her parents are not the parenets of our subject. They have other parents which shows in cencus reports.You have some of this I think and Becky has all my documents.
