I had no trouble but if you want to go in another way: http://www.nara.gov/nara/nail.html click on search archival holdings, then click on NAILEXPERT SEARCH, then type eastern cherokee roll of 1909 in the keywords space, go up to the top and click on submit search, then when you get the result click on view and then click on the full result box, now click on LINKS TO DIGITAL COPY. This sounds like a lot but it only takes a minute.
