The GREENS and numerous other families moved from Yancey Co., NC to Wyoming Co., WV. If I remember correctly the GREENS were in Burke Co., NC prior to the formation of Yancey Co. in 1833. I am in the process of making a cumulative index for FOYC Volumes 1 thru Volume 10. I have completed the cumulative index for Volume 11 thru 15. When finished, I will start a cumulative index for the 13 volumes of FOWC. The GREENS are of course mentioned in FOYC but I doubt there is much before 1800 in them. Sally Seaman-Williams
