My family Civil War story: My GGgrandfather Wall (I believe his name to be Harvey) was supposed to have served in the Union Army and was said to have been shot in the back as he was returning home to Raleigh Co. after the war was over. This was said to have occured on Bolt Mt. and the shooter was said to be a Daniel. Does anyone else know anything about this occurence? I don't know which side of the mountain this happened on. Help me solve this mystery! Pat
