Hi Rebecca, The death records I have don't go up to the 1900 - 1910 time period but I have Wyo. Co. WV Death Record (Index only) from 1865 to 1968 and it lists that a Sallie MULLINS died in 1907, Vol 1, page 83. No other info listed. I could not find a listing for Richard Mullins/Mullens.
