Something just found written by Rev. Goode. Ben Henderson Acord who was 86 years at the time told about a road survey trip he, as a youth, was on to take care of the horses of John McGraw, Gordon C. Lusk and A.H. Lester. Ben described A.H. (Tice) Lester. In part, he had a strong flow of Indian blood in his veins, and like the Indian he looked, he wore moccinsons during the winter and went bearfooted in the summer. He also wore a blanket instead of a coat. Thought some Lester descendants would be interested. Lee
