The first term of the Circuit Superior Court of Law and Chancery was held in the house of John Cook Esq. on Tuesday the 16th day of April 1850. The first Grand Jury in Wyoming County received it�s charge, retired and after due deliberation returned the following eight indictments: Indictment against: 1. Henry McMillon breech of the peace 2. Geo. W. Elswick 3. Saul Mullens and Jincy Young co-habitation 4. Wm. S__?__ and Clarissa Kales co-habitation 5. Wm. K. Mullens and Sally Stanley co-habitation
