I believe there were 2 children of Bartley Rose and Rebecca Short Birchfield. Doug Bishop will know. Rebecca was the daughter of William Short, and sister to Ben Short who lived at Bear Hole. Rebecca's brother Charles is my ggg grandfather. Carrol Hurley Ullrich
