HiYa Trina! That's been six years ago, and I couldn't get back up there if I had to. I did travel from the Herndon Post Office due south towards Welch. I went up a long dirt road from the Herndon community which took me to Beartown. All I could re- member now is a very small one lane road up the side of a mountain. The mountaintop had about 15 homes up there. But it was a very remote cemetery. There was a nice overhead steel sign that had the cemetery name on it. It wasn't a painted sign, the name was made out of a small steel letters up high. The cemetery was very clean and had a good fence around it. ============================================================ TPoe123875@aol.com wrote: > > In a message dated 09/18/1999 9:21:44 PM Eastern Daylight Time, > commander@inetone.net writes: > > << I don't know anything about their old homeplace.
