Alicia, You are absolutely correct that you can not just take the work of others as correct without validating it for yourself and documenting it. No offense was taken. I was just stating the obvious that I am very cautious to rely on a website or any other person for my research. I'm sure tons and tons of time went into it and I for one know how many years you can spend on genealogy and like I said, the records that someone else read may have had William as William Robert. My point was being that if I was the type of person to simply copy and consider it part of my research that I would have the same wrong information. Again I apologize to everyone that took offense.
