There is a Mt. Zion Church with an attached cemetery in Ritchie Co. On the Ritchie Co., GenWeb site it is listed as being in Union District. I don't think that this church is still in use. The Ritchie County site has a few photos of stones that are in this cemetery. For more information and directions to the cemetery you might contact the Ritchie County Historical Society. You might also try one of the Funeral Homes in Ritchie County. They may be able to give you directions or let you know if the cemetery is still used. If the church has been closed then there is a posibility that the cemetery is no longer used either. Some of the older cemeteries get forgotten and are left to grow over.
