Is there some way that I can verify and find out the name of Phillip B. Rowley's first wife? He was born 25 MAR 1905 in Parkersburg. Between then and 1934, he alledgedly married a woman named Gertie or Gertrude. By 1934, he divorced her and then married my relative, Anna Mae Miller. What little access I have to the 1920 and 1930 census, I can't seem to locate any of these folks. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
