Thank you for the response. I'll have to get out a good map and try to follow it. Maybe I can get it figured out. Linda Belleville is actually in two, maybe three counties. If you follow Pond Creek Road from Route 68 Wood county, you will end in the next county and everyone who lives right there will tell you you're in Belleville. Also, when you turn in one direction, it's less than a mile to the next county and turn the other way...your back in Wood. It's very confusing when trying to locate anything that has, supposedly, been mapped out. However, Fort Belleville was in Wood county.
