My paternal grandparents are Mamie (mayme) Rood Buchanan, daugher of David Rood and Sarah Tribbett Rood of Reedsville area. My maternal grandparents are Donna (Donnie) Jean Bird Garey Philabaum of East Liverpool, OH. I am not sure of my grand fathers name. I think it may be James Wilson Garey but am not 100% sure. I know I am a cousin to David A. Kimes of Kimes Funeral Home in Parkersburg. I am searching for any other relatives that may live in the area.
