Not sure what you are looking for but suspect you are talking about the developement near Belleville, south of Parkersburg in Wood County. Belleville fort was 2 miles south of the mouth of Lee Creek on the Ohio river, and Flinn Station was 1/4 mile north of the mouth also on the Ohio River. Flinn Station residents moved into Belleville fort occassional, when under attack. (From History of Wood County ) 1785 John Flinn a widower and two sons Thomas and James, settled there with several families. This comes from the History of Wood County, by Donald Black, Vol. 1, page 7-10. I'm not really follwoing the Flinn's but may have some information from trying to trace the Dewey's who were in the same area.
