I checked the courthouse records and found nothing for George Rhodes. I did find a Mary Rhodes that died on the same date you had for your Nancy. I am sending you her obit to see if it is the same person. I am a Rhodes, my grandfather was John Henry Rhodes, born Jackson County, WV. OBIT: MRS. MARY RHODES Mrs. Mary Rhodes, of New England, died at the family home at 4 o'clock Sunday afternoon after an illness with a complication of diseases. The deceased was sixty-one years old and is survived by her husband and the following children: Lewir R., Yorksville, OH; Rodney, Robert and Arthur of New England; Marion, of Bellaire, OH/ Mrs. D. Briggs, of Bellaire, and Miss Bettie Rhodes who resided at the family home. The deceased was a member of the Bethany Christian church from which place the funeral will be held at 10 o'clock on Tuesday morning and the intermnet will be at that place.
