They were from the Rockport/Mineral Wells area of WV. Her father's name was David Andrew Dowler (b-4/7/1899 d-3/15/1984). Her mother was Chloe Arminta Ruble (b-10-24-1898 d-11-16-1962). They are both buried in the Big Tygart Cemetary in Rockport. However, I cannot find anything out about their parents & would appreciate any info you can provide. Thanks, Kathy Stevens
