I am searching for any ancestry on Howard M. Eckels (1886-March 13 1952) who married my Aunt Helena Bridget Larkin (June 10, 1895-Oct 12 1985). They lived in the West View a Pittsburgh suburb located in Allegheny County, PA. Howard was an Insurance salesman. I noticed your reference to a John S. Eckels (Feb 7 1852) who lived in Allegheny County and I wondered if this individual could be related or even Howard's father.
