Probably they do connect way back somehow. I think the VA/WV are from Boggs brothers who showed up in VA. There was a James, Francis , John etc. There was the James b. ca 1667 Ireland immigrated to New Castle, DE with 9 children. etc. Maybe our lines connect to this group, which ended up in VA, their descendants. thanks.
