I have another connection too to the Davis family in that area through my brother-in-law on my husband's side. I found a Hannah Davis b. abt. 1800 daughter of Joseph & Hannah Davis m. James Doak Sept. 1819 in Harrison County. Some of this family where found in Tyler, Doddridge and Wood counties. They could be connected with Clarence's family but I don't know the connection yet. Clarence and Icie's children were all born in the 1930's.
