    3. Anyone have information on a Anna Cox that rented rooms at 212 1/2 Ann Street in Parkersburg. Apparently she married a FLEMING and a SLATER/SLAUGHTER. She died in Parkersburg Dec. 21, 1935. Although she was married twice I have been unable to find her on a census with either husband. Found her several times on Ann St but always as a COX never a FLEMING or SLATER/SLAUGHTER. Her death certificate says she was divorced and shows the name Slater or Slaughter. Pat

My family seemed to go back and forth quite a bit during that era. Of course, communications and technology being what they were then, it was also pretty easy to hide if you wanted to.

I am begining to wonder if he changed his name, was able to hide from the census people or died before the next census. The only problem is that I haven't been able to locate a death record or find him listed in any cemetery.

This could be Arehart Glaze b.1789 Md.d.1880 Oh. This Arehart had wife Sarah (Deputy?) b.1796 De.children Elizabeth,Mary R.,Riter/Writer S.,John F.,Minerva,Vianna,Alcinda J.and George A.Glaze b.1826 Va. Also noticed a George Glaze in this same census,could be a brother to Arehart. Also noticed Henry,John,and Zachariah Deputy,as it's believed Sarah Glaze's maiden name was Deputy. Can anyone help?     3. Good morning: I am looking for the place of burial of Enoch and Marilla (Rilla ) DYE. Enoch shows in the 1870 census as a son of James & Sarah Dye of Steele Twp. Wood Co. WV. He is 15 and has a brother Henry. Enoch ended up in Beaver County PA in the 1900 census and would have died between the 1920-1930 census. Marilla died after 1930. I have not been able to find their graves in this area and hope that they may have gone back home for burial . Enoch , James , and Sarah all show as being born in WV in the 1900 census .Any help will be appreciated and any earlier info will be a landslide. I still seek more info on PETER SHEPPEARD, born in Scotland, who was in Wood Co. in the early 1800s, and/or his children, who include JAMES WILLIAM SHEPPEARD, his son and my G G Grandfather, b.
