Wirt County Journal March 31, 1999 Mayberry Cemetery donations Mayberry Cemetery trustees wish to report donations made for the up-keep and improvements at the cemetery during the past year 1998. Spring cleanup has been set for May 8 and the rain date is May 15. All who can help are more than welcome. This is quite a job and it takes several hours and lots of willing hands to keep it up. Those who helped with cleanup this past year were Jack Curfman, Pamela Nicolais, Jeremy Nicolais, Richard Windland, Carl Lynch, Debbie Windland, Jason Windland, Wyonema Lynch, Junior Lynch, Charles Holbert, Roxie Holbert, Adam Nicolais, Steve Holbert and Gay Lynch. Those making donations in 1998 were: estates of Virgil and Irene Lynch, Della Taylor, Robert and Patsy Whitmore, Robert W. Thorn and Rudy Swihart, New Home Sunday school, Kathryn Copen, Jim and Helen Maze, Lloyd and Teresa Edwards, Russell and Mary Lynch; William and Pat Callison, Bonnie Woolard, Woodrow Patterson, Edwin Lynch, Roger King, Frankie Lockhart, Dorcas Turner, Dorcas Casto, Beryl Lockhart, Irene Long, Ina Long, Mildred Wood (Leone), Jack Davis, Kathryn Copen, Charles Copen, Albert and Frances Corbitt.
