Hello Listers, While doing research in Wirt County WV I came across some HALL information that tied into our SWISHER lines. I'll post it below and hope it helps someone. --------------------- Wirt Co WV Fiduciary Record 2 (p 425) West Virginia Wirt County Clerks Office In Vacation: Upon motion of Elza SWISHER it is ordered that said Elza SWISHER be and is hereby appointed as Guardian of Frances HALL aged 17 years, minor and heir at law, of Ida HALL, late of Wirt County deceased, the said Frances HALL having asked for such appointment to be made, by filing her written nomination, duly acknowledged, as required by law. Thereupon, the said Elza SWISHER, together with O.J. CASTO as his surety, appeared, and entered into and acknowledged a bond conditioned according to law, in a penalty of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars, which bond is approved as sufficient, and the oath of office, as required by law, was administered to the said Elza SWISHER, and letters of Guardianship in due form of law, are granted him on said ward's estate, until she shall arrive at lawful age, or be otherwise removed from said trust.
