Floyd LOWE was the Chief of Police of Elizabeth, Wirt Co. I need to find out when. I believe it could have been sometime in the 1920's or 30's. Does anyone know? Also, does anyone know how to get information on the Wirt Co. poor house records in the 1930's? Specifically, I'm looking for deaths and where these residents might have been buried?
