She was born on February 09, 1826 in Morristown, Wirt Co., West Virginia. She married William Ralph Phillips on February 12, 1846 in Clay Co., WV. She migrated to Illinois before ending up in Oklahoma sometime before 1900. The 1900 Oklahoma census shows both her parents were born in Pennsylvania. Any hints to this family would be most appreciated as I have really hit a road block.
