I am looking for a death record for EVA LOWE. She was born on 4 Aug 1894 and died in Palestine, WV in September 1985. I believe that she may have been my grandfather's sister but need proof. Is there someone willing to look up her death certificate at the Courthouse? I don't need a copy of it, just the names of her parents. Thanks, Cathy
