The oldest male family member I have is Esaas or Ezaias Bailes. (also listed as Balis in 1850 census & Bailey in 1860 Census) Esaas was born app 1811, married a Martha and had the following children: Harriet A., Alfred W.(my direct line), Thomas L., Alcinda, and Sarah. Is there a connection?
