He was born in Burning Springs, Wirt County, a son of the late Samuel and Lillie LANDERS REYNOLDS. He attended the Pleasant View Baptist Church, was a former employee of Kaiser Aluminum, served as a constable and deputy Sheriff of Wood County and was a veteran of World War II, serving in the Pacific Theater. He is survived by his wife, Mary E. SMALL REYNOLDS; three sons, Gary Ray REYNOLDS of San Antonio, Texas, Stephan A. REYNOLDS of Parkersburg, and Wilburt REYNOLDS of Grantsville; two daughters, Ann M. McCARTY of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Lillie L. McCAULEY of Mineral Wells; nine grandchildren; two sisters, Margerat MOWERY of Parkersburg and Naomi MERRILL of Elizabeth and several stepbrothers and stepsisters. He was preceded in death by one son, William S. REYNOLDS, in 1972. Services were held May 12 at the Kimes Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with Pastor Jerry Caplinger officiating. Burial was in Sunset Memory Gardens. (submitter not related)
