Mar 21 1822 at or near Parkersburg, educated Mariette Co., OH, studied medicine with W.A.M.Reed at Parkersburg, m. Ruth Lucinda PHELPS at Parkersburg in 1845, soon moved westward winding up in Kansas. SHEPPEARD spelling very likely changed from SHEPPARD or another variant. Any bits and pieces may help. Thanks.
