I grew up living next to Dayton and my little sister was always very close to him, but no one really knew anything about him. I do know that he was never married. He always talked about a girlfriend that he had when he was young, but that when she was 16 I believe, she was burned in a house, so he never married or dated anyone else. He lived on a farm in Roane Co. with a couple. Their names were Shirley and Lora Nida. Both of whom are now deceased. Dayton also died in November of 1985 I believe and is buried at the Looney Cemetery at Walton, WV. I would be greatful if you or anyone else could help me with this. Genette Springston
