Hi Otis, I know of a Kingfisher road in Webster County. Its a little bit east of Webster Springs on Rt. 15 over McGuire Mountain. Thats the only Kingfisher reference I know of. The land that is now known as Webster County was formed from Harrison, Kanawha,Randolph and Greenbriar counties prior to 1800 or so. Webster County was created in 1860....at one time the county even tried to become its own "state" . There is some documentation on the "The Great Independant State of Webster" in Sampson newton Millers book "The Annals of Webster County"1969. Wish I could answer all your questions.
