The baby died on unknown causes on 6 July 1900 in Webster County. My guess: Maybe her family lived in Nicholas and they tried to get her medical help? Maybe the father of the baby couldn't take care of the baby himself. This family may have been estranged from her family. Your question: #2. Why was the death recorded in Webster County and not Nicholas County? My guess: Could it have been a border town where they lived? Maybe there was a dispute in which County and Webster was chosen. Your question: #3. Why doesn't her husband know the names of her parents? My guess: He may have been so bereaved that he couldn't think. Or perhaps her parents disowned her for marrying him and he thought they didn't deserve to be named. Remember these are only guesses and life can be very strange at times.
