Is anyone out there going to the Webster County courthouse anytime soon? I won't be making a trip over that way until probably August as we are down in Alabama visiting children but I am interested in verifying some information I vaguely remember seeing in the birth record books on my last visit to WV. If someone could look for the birth of Russell Howard Phares b. Jan. 1906 to Sabina Phares, I would greatly appreciate it. If so, please let me know exactly what it says.
