Shirley, There is a place called Thomas Mountain. It's located about 5 miles above Erbacon. My mother taught the country school there in 1942-43. There were only a few families living in that area. The ones I remember were Rodebaughs, Wilsons, Hinkles, Plymales. Don't recognize your people. Seems like there were some family cemetaries up there. The road may be improved now, but in the 40's it was a narrow dirt road that climbed upward and was impossible to travel in winter unless you had a truck. I recently found a map of early webster county which my mother made in grade school. She was born in 1906 in Webster. There is a list of 36 areas. 37 is numbered, but blank. She got a "B" so it must have been fairly correct. Anybody in Erbacon can point you to the Thomas Mountain road. Hope this helps, Lenore Radcliffe Yeager
