Here is a cemetery that i just finished today. I haven't double checked the information and since i usually make several errors this information should be considered as a guide and if it doesn't match the information you have assume the error is with this list. Woods Cemetery Located up Dry Branch (AKA Dry Bread) near Halo about five miles out of Cowen towards Erbacon. Go up Dry Branch about one mile there is a barely visible road behind the next to last house. Cemetery is on top of mountain at end of road, possible access by 4 wheel drive vehicle. Cemetery is well maintained. Row 1 starting on left Harry G. Woods Nov 25 1910 Apr 17 1974 Effie May Woods Nov 5 1878 Aug 6 1955 Robert Lee Woods 1876 1963 There are several home made markers made by cutting stone in rough shape of rectangle with oval top then carving letters into the face of the stone, then either whitewashed or painted. Every stone containing the letter 'S' has that letter carved backward. There are also small homemade rectangular markers at the foot of each of these graves.
