Hello, I was wondering if anyone can look up a marriage for me. I am searching for the marriage date of Lee Anderson ARTHUR to Price STILTNER. It would have been 1888 or before. With the Court house burning down, I am having trouble finding this info. I was told once that this info could be found at the state level, because this info would have been sent there also - Is this true? Also, when did WV become its own state?
