Grassy Creek is just over the mountain from Webster Springs. I have a W. Anderson Arthur m. to Frany Miller with 4 sons, Roy, Ray, Morgan and Walter. Frany Miller is listed as born about 1861. This is from my father's notes. He was born on Grassy Creek and kept up with all the relatives. The Arthur book says he is William Anderson Arthur and she is Frances Vernie (Franna) Miller.
