Dear List, I would like to obtain a copy of the birth record for my husband's paternal grandmother Ethel Fray ("Fray") SMITH, b. 13 November 1908. Her family lived in the Lewis/Upshur County area, but I have not found her birth record in the former. I know some of her ancestors lived just over the line in Webster county, so perhaps it is there. Can anyone provide me the address for the Webster County Courthouse and their charge for copies of documents? Thanks for your help. Marcia
