I called Leo Pugh yesterday. He is one of the three people listed, by the Webster Echo, as a contact person, for those wishing to know more about plans for the new veteran's memorial. I asked him where to send a veteran's name and proof of service to, in order to have the veteran's name placed on the memorial. He said to send it to: Robert Pugh 302 Back Fork St. Webster Springs, WV 26288 Also, I asked him about making donations to the Veteran's Memorial fund.
