I can't help with the cemetery on Whiteoak Run but I can help alittle with one on Pleasant Ridge. This cemetery sits on top of a little hill,in the middle of a hay field. It is surrounded by a fence and very well kept. I don't know the "official" name but I call it the McAvoy cemetery.
