I have been to the library in Webster Springs. Its genealogical materials are very limited. I hate to sound critical but there was next to nothing there. I felt as though they were missing the entire genealogical boom. Better bets are the Cultural Arts Division in Charleston or Carlson Hall at West Virginia University in Morgantown. There are, of course, records in the Webster County Courthouse in Webster Springs. But there's a problem there, too, because the courthouse burned in 1888. dhamrick@neo.rr.com Dan Hamrick 402 23rd Street NW Canton OH 44709 Phone and fax: 330-454-2376 ---------- >From: "Deanna S.
