Hi Fran, I am not at home and can not look at my information at the moment. I am at my daughter's in Clearwater, FL for a few days. But it seems to me that both the Adkins and Corns surnames are in the WORKMAN family genealogy I have. I will look when I get home to see what I have. Also it seems Howard, the pres. of the Wayne Co. genealogy society has these connections. Stephanie Boone who sponsors I beleive Wyoming county on the WV Genealogy internet page has Adkins connections and maybe Corns as well. I have seen the NOE surname in my genealogy before also.
